Facts:
Hydros are a mysterious race as the majority of them live in the deepest depths of the oceans. They are the only people to inhabit those dark abysses. As such, not much is known about them by those of the land and even people of the sea find them an enigma. Despite that, they are known to be no different from any other person in behavior, intelligence, or personality.
Hydros are very attached to their culture and are known to be a highly spiritual and peaceful race.
Telepathy is a special ability hydros possess. They use it to communicate with animals and sense people's emotions. Some have even been known to read people's minds.
The only places besides the deep sea cities and towns hydros are known to live are remote, isolated villages and the largest, most luxurious, sprawling cities under the sea. This proves that despite their known stereotypes, hydros can be just as diverse as any other person.
Hydros hide their genitals the same way merfolk do.
Unlike merfolk, hydros often do not wear clothes as they have no sense of provocativeness on their bodies. Hydros do not nurse their young, so it is unknown why the women have breasts. Perhaps it is due to the god's physical attributes reflecting on them.
