Story Summary:
The Floret Isle was always considered a paradise where the inhabitant floraliens were safe from danger. Where trees stayed alive and flowers grew all year round and the weather never became cold. Everyone, except Lilliora.
All her life, Lilliora was ignored by her mother and practically raised by her neighbors and fellow islanders. Even being surrounded by the most beautiful plants imaginable could not distract Lilliora from her home's obvious overcrowding problem. Despite all the people and glorious environment, Lilliora had a terribly boring life on Floret Isle. It was beautiful, but it was always the same. No excitement whatsoever. Worse, the council of the island refused to take action to deal with the overcrowding. In fact, they even denied it, too attached to the island's isolation and safety. Frustrated, Lilliora spent a lot of time training her nature element, summoning vines and blistering flower petal storm attacks at what few rocks she could find.
Lilliora had dreams of leaving the island and see what the world was like beyond it. Her fellow islanders constantly told her that was a bad idea. That the island was safe for floraliens and leaving could get her hurt. Lilliora put off her desires for a long time, until something happened one day.
When Lilliora told her mother that she was bored with the island and wanted to explore the rest of Rown, her mother scoffed, telling her she'll just die like her father did. Lilliora was told her father got frustrated with the overcrowding the island, too, so he just left and never returned. It was thought he was killed on his reckless adventure, but Lilliora thought otherwise.
Perhaps her father found a new, better life when he left. If he could do it, why can't she? Filled with newfound confidence, Lilliora found an old boat and was about to leave the island. Before she left, a kind floralien who considered her a friend, Rosytha, confronted her. Lilliora told Rosytha she couldn't stop her. Her mind was made up. Rosytha was worried, but knew Lilliora was strong, and had faith in her. After Rosytha wished her good luck, Lilliora left the island. Possibly forever.
The land of Rown off the Floret Isle was more marvelous than Lilliora imagined. Everything was so different. Barren rocky mountains, enormous rushing rivers, wide open fields of grass, and perfectly ordinary trees. It was nothing like her island, and she absolutely loved it.
After seven straight days of wandering and exploring, Lilliora found herself in a forest filled with trees, plants, and grass tinted a slight shade of blue. It was the most amazing thing Lilliora had ever seen. She spent the whole day frolicking, dancing, and singing in the woods. She played for so long she lost all her energy, and fell asleep under a tree. Unbeknownst to her, a Spring snowstorm was approaching.
Being asleep, the sudden cold weather caused Lilliora to unknowingly go into hibernation. On the Floret Isle, the weather was warm all year round, so this was the first time Lilliora went into hibernation. Being deprived of something natural for so long, her body was not used to the change. She started to solidify like ice, completely unaware of her predicament. All she felt was a soothing coolness and immeasurable calm. Her senses were lost, but she felt such a great sense of peace she disregarded it.
Then, she slowly felt herself getting warmer. Her body softened again. Breathing normally again, she gradually stood up, opened her eyes, and found herself in a small wooden cottage with a fireplace. Something the homes of the Floret Isle never had. She turned around, and gasped at what she saw. Or rather, who. It was a natruman. The first person she ever saw that wasn't a floralien. Extremely intrigued, Lilliora did a small tiptoe dance around the young man. They both gazed into each other's eyes. Lilliora was instantly smitten by the young man's masculine, mysterious appearance. His cooling aura sent shivers down her spine. It was truly love at first sight.
Since then, Lilliora made the Trueblue Woods her home, growing a small floralien bungalow in the forest. She made new friends, found true love, and now goes on wonderful adventures full of excitement. Best of all, she was now free of the burden of overcrowding. Her life was now how she always wanted it to be.
Personality:
Lilliora is not only friendly. She is very coy, loving, and sweet, and peaceful. A true, pure, precious girl. Much like most floraliens. However, Lilliora is not like them completely. She is not afraid to fight and her courage is impressively strong. She has a distaste for cowards due to the Floret Islanders' reluctance to leave the security of their island.
Though she is gentle nearly all the time, Lilliora will get angry if she has a good reason to. Though she is precious, she is not weak or timid.
Other info:
Due to the actions and beliefs of the floraliens of Floret Isle, Lilliora prefers not to spend time with people of her own race.
Lilliora's physical strength is much stronger than a normal floralien.
She also likes eating more than floraliens, and loves candy.
